Yes we do.  It depends on availability of drivers but we have collected from Tampa, Melborne and Sanford. We can't guarantee collection from these airports, and there would be additional fuel fees and tolls to pay, but we aim to please!

We track all incoming flights (usually before you have taken off) so don't worry we will be there waiting for you.

Yes, we will deliver the vehicle to any place of vacation or resort within a 15 mile radius of the Disney area. If is resort or vacation property is beyond this radius, there will be a small surcharge to cover the extra mileage.

Yes, we will then transfer the seat upon arrival to your allocated vehicle.

In the unlikely event you can't find our driver please use the emergency telephone numbers you are given upon your departure. Although we do our upmost to be ahead of schedule we are dependent on the US road systems.

All vehicles are typically new or recent models under 18 months old with low mileage (usually under 30k). They are all fully automatic and equipped with air conditioning. We are backed by a national dealer network and rental stock is continually updated so you only get the best.  This is why we can't pre-book specific models in advance.

Yes. The contract holder must a) be a member of the party, b) be lead driver on all vehicles rented and c) be the person paying for the booking.  The contract holder will be responsible for the vehicle(s).

You may have up to two drivers on the contract. Additional drivers can be added but there is an additional daily charge. Just let us know if you want this quoting for on your quote request form.

We are one of the few rental companies able to rent to under 25s.  21+ can rent from our car groups 1 through 4.

You will be supplied with contact numbers before you depart and you are free to use any of the public use phones in the airport to call us (free of charge).  If you do wish to use your cell phone though we offer private WhatsApp group messaging / calling.  This is a secure way to reach us using the internet (so you can use the airports free WiFi to make a call).  This is a new feature and is usually offered to first time travelers.  This means you don't need to use your non-US cell phones calling plan to stay connected!

Yes if our schedule allows.  Please bear in mind that the driver may have other collections to do but if they feel they have enough time they will let you know.

Where you have an early check out and your flight is not until the pm hours, we will suggest that you arrange to meet us with the rental vehicle at a convenient location. From there we will collect the vehicle and transfer you back to the airport.

What if we can't fit our luggage in the rental vehicle though?

We will arrange to come to your accommodation (for a fee) at your scheduled checkout time and collect your baggage, where it will be held securely for you. We will then bring it along with us to the meet up point later.

Yes, the vehicle will be delivered to your accommodation with a full tank of fuel. Before your return transfer we ask you to refill the vehicle.  Failure to completely refill the vehicle will result in additional refueling charges.

Understandable.  Rest assured though we are backed by a national dealer network and all our vehicles are low milage newer models - typically under 18 months old,  under 30k miles and still within manufacturers warranty.

Yes. We see this circumstance all the time and have developed working relationships with most of the villa management companies. If you supply us with your villa booking reference number and management company details we will be able to obtain the required information and have your car waiting on the drive when you arrive.

Comparing our service to one of the regular hire companies is like comparing apples and oranges.  We offer a bespoke service to a discerning clientele who appreciate the personal touch.

When you grocery shop you have a choice to buy items from a regular chain OR maybe you treat yourself and buy from a 'high end' store that will hand pick produce, bag for you, carry to your vehicle.

Yes... and no....  We can only firm up pricing and guarantee a booking about twelve months in advance (at the most).  The rental market is influenced by many factors and our ability to provide a robust service at a fair price hinges on being able to make, and keep, our commitments to you, the customer.  If your booking is outside of when we could guarantee pricing we will 'pencil in' your preferred dates and diarize a follow up once we know what the pricing structure looks like - usually 12-9 months before you travel.  This way you have an opportunity to get on our books early and carry on with the rest of your trip planning!

Generally we service with a 15 mile radius of Disney but we will go further afield if needed.  Just be aware that there may be an additional cost to cover fuel/time.

All our cars are low milage nearly new cars - typically under 30k miles.  As such we rarely experience any mechanical issues or breakdowns.  Should you experience a breakdown simply call us and we will make any necessary arrangements.  We are backed by a national dealer network for any such occurrences.

Just like any car rental company, for any operator related issues (such as tire damage, flat battery, lost keys, lock out etc) you are responsible.  The most common issue we have encountered is leaving lights on and flattening the battery.  This happens a lot in the parks (especially when parking in VIP as they ask you to put your hazard lights on).  Most parks have on-site help and you can get a free jump start but for avoidable / operator errors, like this, you have to cover the cost of repair/fix. This is standard industry practice.

Yes.  This is one of the benefits of our service.  We include free use of a toll pass (usually already installed in your vehicle so you don't need to do anything).  Regular rental companies will charge upwards of $8 per day to have a toll pass - even if you don't use it!

With our toll pass you can travel through any Sunpass or Easypass toll gate without stopping.  The fee is sent to our account and we will let you know at the end of your rental what the charges are.  You just pay for what you use.  Toll fees are clearly displayed on your approach to a toll booth - they start at $0.50 upwards.
