Description
This group of cars are compact and ideal for traveling due to the excellent gas mileage. In addition, they can seat four passengers – a perfect option for a small family.
These cars are usually focused on economy and usually are all equipped with a four-cylinder engine maximum – usually this means a minimum of 30mpg.
Economy cars are often considered medium range cars. They can often be hatchbacks (not always) and are suitable for four persons for short-medium range trips.
Economy cars are always fuel-efficient. They provide good luggage space for three or fewer passengers. They are better for driving on highways than lower classes. They will also have a more powerful engine than smaller car classes.
Not suitable for carrying large pram/stroller or mobility scooters.

We offer child restraints that conform to government standards at an additional charge of $3 per day per seat (to a maximum of $30 per seat).
Navigation Systems
We do offer stand alone navigation systems for those who don’t have mobile coverage, for use with car-play, or simply prefer a dedicated navigation device. These can be supplied at an additional charge of $3 per day per device (to a maximum of $30 per device).
We predominantly supply Garmin DriveSmart 55. These have full Florida mapping and can highlight places of interest, gas stations, rest stops etc. If you do have a cell phone you can also pair with the GPS to make hands free calls (although all our cars have this facility already).
